Refund Policy (Initial 3 Sessions)
Your satisfaction is our priority. We’re confident in the effectiveness of our treatments, but we understand that individual results can vary. This refund policy details the procedures for requesting either a full refund or a complimentary re-treatment, should you be dissatisfied with the results achieved during your first three treatment sessions.
If you see less than 50% hair loss after your first three sessions, here’s what to do:
Steps to as for refund
- Send Photos (after 2 Weeks): two weeks after the treatment, send us photos of the treated areas clearly showing that the hair hasn’t shed.
- Schedule Your Check-Up (4 Weeks After): Book an in-person assessment four weeks after the treatment. This allows enough time for any delayed hair shedding to occur.
Your Options (If Eligible)
If we confirm less than 50% hair reduction at your check-up, you can choose:
- A Free Re-Treatment: Get another full treatment session at no cost.
- A Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund of your payment. Important: A 4% bank fee is deducted from cash refunds if you originally paid by credit card.
Important Notes
- Guarantee requires photos and in-person assessments within 2 weeks AND 4 weeks after each of the first 3 treatments. Missing these voids the guarantee.
- No shaving between treatments.
- 4-week assessment: Arriving later than this time voids refund.
- Schedule an assessment: within 2 weeks and 4 weeks of each treatment.
Why 3 Sessions? Why Not Treat Everyone the Same? Because everyone’s hair and skin are different! A high-energy setting that works for one person could cause irritation or damage to someone else. Our 3-session approach, with gradually increasing energy, allows us to customize the treatment to your specific hair and skin type, ensuring both safety and effectiveness. Your safety is paramount!
