This refund policy details the procedures for requesting either a full refund or a complimentary re-treatment, should you be dissatisfied with the results achieved during your first three treatment sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you see less than 50% hair loss after your first three sessions, here&#8217;s what to do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Steps_to_as_for_refund\"><\/span><strong>Steps to as for refund<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send Photos (after 2 Weeks):<\/strong> <em>two weeks after <\/em>the treatment, send us photos of the treated areas clearly showing that the hair hasn&#8217;t shed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schedule Your Check-Up (4 Weeks After):<\/strong> Book an in-person assessment <em>four weeks<\/em> after the treatment. This allows enough time for any delayed hair shedding to occur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Your_Options_If_Eligible\"><\/span><strong>Your Options (If Eligible)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If we confirm less than 50% hair reduction at your check-up, you can choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A Free Re-Treatment:<\/strong> Get another full treatment session at no cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A Full Refund:<\/strong> Receive a 100% refund of your payment. <em>Important:<\/em> A 4% bank fee is deducted from cash refunds if you originally paid by credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Important_Notes\"><\/span><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guarantee requires photos and in-person assessments within 2 weeks AND 4 weeks after <em>each<\/em> of the first 3 treatments.
